Job Description:
The incumbent in this role will manage, lead and provide the strategically long-term plan for expansion projects from a broad helicopter view, including reviewed project's plans, sequences and long-term designs in order to assure a successful and cost-effective operation of expansion
projects.
Additional responsibilities:
1. Prepare, plan and monitor long-term plan projects' designs and prepare that the projects can realistically assure productive targets according to dept. determined goals and plans.
2. Build, manage and coordinate an effective and consistent interactions with long-term planning group and current operations (e.g., reviewing designs, specifications and critical aspects of the project), to ensure that is a clear understanding and prevent misunderstanding in communication that would have impacts on the design, implementation, and development of long-term capital projects.
3. Monitor, provide and keep an updated quarterly long-term schedule, estimation and milestones based on current status for all expansion projects so that all related parties can achieve the project estimation results and meet production targets also to timely advice whether critical paths are affected.
4. Perform a strong in-field presence, being proactive in detecting opportunities and/or risks to the plans, their quality or their cost to identify any anomalies and to give the best recommendation and solutions.
5. Implement realistic planning and scheduling of long-term activities based on controlling the Key Performance indicators and benchmarking of best practices for each project to optimize the efficiency of manpower and Company's resources.
6. Develop and maintain project control and cost data base regarding the long-term plan to efficiently support projects.
7. Provide constructive feedback and advice to Operations on safety, health and industrial hygiene performance, looking after continuous improvements in quality of design and operations and to meet with National and PTFIstandards.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Mine Engineering with minimum seven (7) year’s experience in related underground mining projects.
  • Strong analytical thinking, customer service and achievement orientation.
  • Strong computer skills (Vulcan, Autocad, MS Office, MWP,etc).
  • Ability to work in a culturally diversified workforce.
  • Must write and speak fluent English.
  • Proven ability to train, coach, counsel, mentor and motivate staff as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
